Silk Road Journey in High Asia is a unique 15-day adventure along the ancient trade routes of the Silk Road through Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan. The tour combines rich history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes of Central Asia — from the legendary Samarkand to the mountainous Osh.
The program includes the majestic monuments of Samarkand, trekking to the crystal-clear lakes of the Fann Mountains, a drive along the legendary Pamir Highway, a journey through the Wakhan Valley with views of Afghanistan and China, the Bibi-Fatima hot springs, and ancient fortresses. The tour culminates with treks to the Lenin Peak glaciers and a 4-day trek through the Alay Mountains with overnight stays in yurts and an introduction to Kyrgyzstan’s nomadic culture.
